Beam On’s sales in the North America market have stagnated. After reaching 2% market share, Beam On struggles to continue the growth experienced since launch and is looking to expand to India in order to rapidly grow customer numbers and revenue. Beam On will market to India for an initial product launch with 100,000 customers and expand to open subscriptions within 90 days of initial launch.
Beam On’s organizational structure is already vertically integrated. Beam On launches their own spacecraft, develops and deploys their own satellite technology, and supplies internet service through their own services. Additional vertical integration produces limited benefit.

While future product lines are in the works, including the long-term project of developing software applications for use to compliment Beam On’s internet service, there is no additional product offers planned before 2024 when the India expansion project ends. New Product launches are planned for 2025-2026. New market expansion is planned for 2023 when India customer acquisition rates are upwards of 75% and growth begins to slow.
