There are factors that will alter Beam On’s random selection. In order to ensure that the winner can win and travel at their own will, Beam On will eliminate all customers in the Under 18 category. Other factors that may impact the end results are the elimination of:
- Any
user that is found to be manipulating the lottery system
- Multiple entries
- Unethical, immoral, or illegal behavior
- Any users who cancel their subscription before the date of the prize
- Any
users who are ineligible for travel
- Expired Passport
- Any employees of the sponsor, Beam On
In order to eliminate concerns over possible discrimination by choosing a winner from the total customer base. Beam On has elected to choose a winner from within the first 100,000 entrants into the contest. This allows for equal chances for users of any demographic to compete for a chance as it is based on time. The 100,000 entrants will be determined based on a known start date and will include new subscribers and current users who opt-in to the contest.
